Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Divyayog Ashram at www.divyayogastore.com.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Physical Product Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an eligible physical product order within 7 days of placing the order, provided the product has not already been dispatched or delivered.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking processing timelines.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Physical Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect physical product, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, videos, packaging details or other reasonable evidence to help us verify the issue.

After verification, Divyayog Ashram may provide an appropriate replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Damage caused after delivery due to misuse, improper handling or unauthorized alteration will not qualify for refund or replacement.

Digital Products, Ebooks and PDFs

All purchases of digital products, including Ebooks, downloadable PDFs and similar digital content, are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.

Customers should carefully review the product description, language, format, price and other details before purchasing a digital product.

If a customer has successfully paid but faces a genuine technical issue accessing the purchased digital product, please contact our customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the access or delivery issue.

Puja Services

Payments made for Puja services are non-refundable after booking.

Customers should carefully review the service description, date, requirements and fees before completing payment.

Deeksha and Spiritual Services

Payments made for Deeksha, Sadhana-related services, spiritual services or other similar booked services are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the relevant service details before making payment.

No Guaranteed Spiritual Outcome

Spiritual products, Puja, Deeksha, Sadhana and related services are based on traditional spiritual practices and beliefs.

Divyayog Ashram does not guarantee any specific financial, business, employment, relationship, health, legal or other material result from any spiritual product or service.

Duplicate or Incorrect Payment

If the same transaction is accidentally charged more than once, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, any confirmed duplicate payment will be handled appropriately.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved under this policy, it will generally be initiated to the original payment method.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider or payment gateway.
