This Delivery & Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.divyayogastore.com.

Delivery Area

Currently, Divyayog Ashram provides physical product delivery within India.

Orders requiring delivery outside India may not be accepted unless specifically stated otherwise on the website.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Physical products are generally processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after successful order confirmation.

Some spiritual or specially prepared products may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, additional processing information may be mentioned on the relevant product page or communicated to the customer.

Working days generally exclude Sundays, public holidays and days when courier services are unavailable.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery time after dispatch depends on the customer’s location and the courier or logistics provider.

Actual delivery may take longer due to remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and mobile number.

Divyayog Ashram will not be responsible for delivery failure or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout or communicated as part of the order before payment, where applicable.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available from the courier partner, it may be shared with the customer after dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a physical product is received damaged or an incorrect product is delivered, please contact customer support promptly with your order information and supporting photographs or videos.

Eligible cases will be reviewed according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Digital Product Delivery

Ebooks, PDFs and other digital products do not require physical shipping.

Digital content may be delivered through website access, account download, email, electronic communication or another delivery method stated on the relevant product page.

Customers must provide accurate contact information to receive digital products.
