Products and Services

Divyayog Ashram offers spiritual and devotional products including Yantras, Malas, Kavach, gemstones, crystal products, books, Ebooks, PDFs and other products displayed on the website.

We may also provide Puja, Deeksha, Sadhana-related and other spiritual services.

Product and service availability may change from time to time.

Product Information and Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, pricing and other relevant information.

The applicable selling price will be displayed on the respective product or service page.

Prices may be changed without prior notice. A price change will not normally affect an order already successfully placed and paid for.

Orders

An order is considered received after successful submission through our website.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent transactions, technical errors or incorrect customer information.

If we cancel an eligible prepaid physical product order, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and payment information.

Divyayog Ashram does not directly control banking, card, UPI or payment gateway processing times.

Physical Product Delivery

Physical products are generally dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after successful order confirmation, unless a different timeline is mentioned on the product page.

Currently, physical product delivery is available within India.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Digital Products

Digital products such as Ebooks and PDFs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information required for digital delivery or account access.

Puja, Deeksha and Spiritual Services

Payments for Puja, Deeksha and similar spiritual services are non-refundable after booking.

Spiritual services and products are offered according to traditional spiritual beliefs and practices.

No particular financial, medical, legal, relationship, employment, business or personal result is guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

Website content, original text, graphics, digital publications, Ebooks, PDFs and other proprietary material belonging to Divyayog Ashram may not be copied, reproduced, resold, republished or commercially distributed without permission.

Purchasing an Ebook or PDF does not transfer its copyright or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.

User Responsibilities

Customers must provide correct name, address, mobile number, email and other information necessary to complete their orders.

Divyayog Ashram will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds and digital product restrictions are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers should read that policy before completing a purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Divyayog Ashram will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on spiritual beliefs, practices, products or services.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
